Standard terms governing healthcare web development, demo reviews, project milestones, and system handoffs.

Transparent Working Relationship: These terms establish clear expectations between Bukhari AI and our healthcare clients. We prioritize mutual clarity, step-by-step approvals, and 100% client code and hosting ownership.

1. Website Use & Acceptance

By accessing our website (bukhariaisolutions.com), requesting a personalized homepage demo concept, or engaging our web development services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or services.

2. Services & Project Scope

Bukhari AI specializes in creating custom, high-performance websites, clinic enquiry workflows, appointment triage interfaces, and administrative AI automation for healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals.

Each project begins with a defined scope of work detailing the deliverables, such as the number of pages, custom patient triage forms, admin panel features, and third-party integrations (e.g. WhatsApp routing, Google Maps, Hostinger setup).

3. Quotations, Demos & Payment Structure

  • Free Homepage Demo Concept: We provide an initial personalized homepage concept demo without requiring upfront payment or binding financial commitment.
  • Project Approval: Once you review and approve the demo direction and select a suitable development plan (such as Foundation, Clinic Growth, or Advanced Clinical System), a formal milestone agreement is established.
  • Milestone Payments: Development proceeds under agreed transparent milestones (typically a commencement deposit followed by milestone deliverables and final balance prior to live deployment).
  • One-Time Costs vs. Ongoing Services: Web development packages are priced as one-time project fees. Third-party recurring costs (such as domain registration, Hostinger server renewal, or third-party API quotas) remain the direct responsibility of the client.

4. Client Responsibilities & Materials

To ensure timely delivery and accurate representation of your healthcare facility, the client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate clinic details, doctor qualifications, medical specialty descriptions, clinic timings, and contact numbers.
  • Provide high-resolution clinic photos, team credentials, and logos where available, or approve suitable licensed stock placeholders.
  • Review drafts and milestone previews in a timely manner to prevent schedule delays.

5. Content Accuracy & Medical Approvals

Clinical Responsibility: The client healthcare practice retains exclusive responsibility for the medical accuracy, legal validity, and regulatory compliance of all published medical advice, service descriptions, doctor credentials, and patient instructions displayed on their website.

Bukhari AI acts solely as a technical design and automation partner and does not author or verify clinical medical protocols.

6. Project Timelines & Delivery

Estimated delivery schedules (such as 3–7 business days for initial development depending on the selected plan) commence after all necessary clinic assets and milestone approvals are received. Timelines may adjust if revisions exceed the agreed scope or if requested feedback is delayed.

7. Revisions & Scope Adjustments

Each development tier includes designated rounds of revisions (covering visual adjustments, typography, layout balance, and copy refinement). Requests for structural additions or custom features not included in the original project scope will be quoted separately before implementation.

8. Hosting, Domain & Account Ownership

100% Client Independence: We believe healthcare providers should retain complete control over their digital assets:

  • We configure websites to deploy smoothly on standard, cost-effective hosting (such as Hostinger Premium / Business Web Hosting).
  • Hosting and domain accounts are registered in the client's name, ensuring you maintain direct ownership, billing transparency, and administrative access.
  • We provide full source code files, database schemas, and migration assistance upon project completion.

9. Intellectual Property & Code Rights

Upon receipt of final payment:

  • The client owns all custom website designs, customized codebases, unique branding graphics, and uploaded clinic assets created specifically for the project.
  • Open-source software libraries, frameworks, and third-party plugins remain subject to their respective open-source licenses (e.g. MIT, Apache, GPL).
  • Bukhari AI reserves the right to showcase completed project concepts in our professional portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is executed.

10. AI-Powered Features & Administrative Limits

AI-driven features (including automated FAQ assistance, appointment routing, inquiry categorization, and structured patient intake forms) are strictly designed for administrative support and patient convenience:

  • AI features do not replace human receptionists, nurses, or physicians.
  • AI outputs must not be construed as clinical medical advice or diagnostic determinations.
  • Practice administrators are responsible for periodically reviewing automated FAQ response templates.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bukhari AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

  • Third-party hosting downtime, server hardware outages, or DNS propagation delays.
  • Third-party platform policy modifications (e.g. WhatsApp API rules, Google Maps billing policies).
  • Unauthorized access resulting from client credential mismanagement or compromised clinic email accounts.
  • Any clinical outcomes or patient decisions arising from the healthcare practice's medical services.

12. Project Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice if the other party breaches material terms. In the event of early termination by the client, payment is due for all milestone work completed up to the date of termination.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.
